Took less than 20 minutes to remove the old washer and install the new one with a water cycle going. Good stuff.

I bought because my previous washer died. I wanted to make sure the new machine was energy star and this one was. It was a definite adjustment. I was used to machines with the agitators I think they clean better especially if you have pets. The cycles are longer with front loaders and if you have pets like we do. you will have to play with the cycles to find which ones work best. Just a bit of advice we found that using a laundry sanitizer or vinegar in the wash cycle helped when washing the dogs bedding. Sometimes after running a cycle the bedding still had a smell to me. It is also a good idea every 20 washes to run a quick cycle of just bleach through the machine to keep it sanitized. I also keep the door opened a little after washing to allow it to dry out. If not, you could get a mildew smell in your clothes. We got this in May and after 5 months it is efficient and easy to use. Like I mentioned you will have to play with the wash cycles to see which one works for what you are cleaning. The drum size is great for larger loads or king size blankets. Once you figure that out, you will be pleased with the purchase.

The installation crew was excellent. The only reason I'm not giving this review 5 stars is because of issues with the customer service center. In short: - the washer arrived damaged. The installation crew handled it perfectly, pointing out the damage, giving us the option of keeping the new washer while we decided whether to keep the unit (and receive a credit) or replace the unit. - we decided to replace the unit, and here's where the problems occurred... The first attempted replacement didn't include the replacement unit! Again, the installation crew handled it perfectly, calling while en route and asking if we were expecting to receive a new unit. In calling customer service, the Cust Serv Rep wasn't able to see my correct address and couldn't tell if there was even a replacement unit available in the area (even though I could see they were available for purchase from my local store) Fortunately, the replacement unit was eventually delivered and the installation crew again did a great job calling ahead, delivering, installing the new unit and taking the damaged unit away.

Great washer install! The two young men were very professional and quick. Even exlplained how my new washer worked. They also put my dryer back in its place and re attached the vent. Very nice young men!

Installers were excellent. They removed the old washer and had the new one installed within 30 min. They cleaned up all boxes and strapping material. They even reinstalled my dryer that I had un-hooked and move so they could have access to washer drains

The 2 guys that delivered my washer did an awesome job . I had my old washer already unplugged and ready to haul away. They came in put it on a dolly out and back in with new one hooked it up started up the machine took pictures and was out !! Excellent Job , Thank You

The guys who delivered and set up our washer and dryer were very knowledgeable, and didn't leave until they were sure everything was working correctly and there were no leaks. They also ran the washer through a cycle to make sure it was working as it was supposed to. Then they did an excellent job of describing how the washer and dryer worked.

The last group of guys (i believe his name was Bryan) did a great job installing the washer. They were there on time and had it installed and the old one hauled away in less than 20 minutes. He was also nice enough to offer additional help getting a heavy item out of my car for me. Just super nice and very professional.
