I was not aware that they would deliver damaged merchandise even though they knew when they loaded it. Very frustrating.

The delivery people were very professional and they were very helpful to show the features on our new washing machine.

When the installer arrived, one of them (the taller one) talked to me that for the washer and dryer to be installed properly i should give them a good tip. I was surprised, asking for a tip even before my washer and dryer is installed, and it even gave me a notion that if I don’t give them a tip it will not be installed properly! So i told him I’ll give it after the installation to which he agreed. Then they hauled away my old washer and dryer, then the same guy who ask for a tip told me to clean up the area where they hauled the old washer and dryer, some service right? Duh! After I cleaned the area as they are preparing to install the washer and dryer, the same guy told me that the connections where not included in the package (which was actually included and we paid for it) told me that it’s his spare connections from his previous installs and just include the connections to the tip after the install! I felt being robbed. As they proceed to install, i asked him to put the rubber feet of the washer to protect it from the vibrations when washing, he said it’s not necessary. So I tried to put it my self but I couldn’t because it’s too heavy. After the installation, the same guy asked me to give them a 5 star rating, and also asked for the tip and water bottles. When i gave them the water bottles and the tip, he immediately hid the money on his pocket. I don’t think he even intend to share it to his partner. The next day i used my washer and dryer, it was running smoothly. 3 days after i used again my washer and dryer, now i hear some noise coming from the washer which I couldn’t determine where it’s coming from, may be due to the vibrations of the washer. The installer just wouldn’t even listen to me its for the protection of the washer. Beware of this guys.

The staff was friednly and professional. They took the old washer too! Very convient and woth the puchase.

The two men who installed the GE washer did it to our satisfaction. Very polite to us and helpfull in explaining the operations. Wish we had more like them.
