Delivery easy to arrange and timely

HORRIBLE just horrible

The first washer and dryer i got they dropped it and broke the bottom of it, and installed it and said it was level and OMG it was off by 3 inches, HORRIBLE and then their customer service for this delievery company was rude and offered me 25.00 i said no. i want more and i had to go through Best Buy acautlly to get them returend and new ones, the only thing was they didnt have anymore stainless steal so had to get the white ones. and so the delievery service gave me a gift card for best buy for 250.00 overall the second delievery team was great no issues but yes horrible experience with them
