Very happy with the crew that installed the washer. Only concern was there was no explanation of the working of the washer.

We had Bestbuy deliver and set up our washer and gas dryer and the crew arrived on time and completed the install quickly. The delivery and set up was free so double bonus.

Delivery drivers showed up when scheduled after calling me ahead of time. Moved washing machine into position and hooked up the water lines. No complaints.

I absolutely love it when BB delivers and installs my products. They took the previous pedestal and installed it to the new washer as well.

Delivery was some what painless, the two men where careful. No dings or damage walls or doors. Now the bad parts! they showed me it was level and left. Wrong! The first spin cycle it started the pictures in the bedroom across the hall to rattle very loud. I checked the level and it was off if you pressed down on one corner, so people double check their work. The delivery staff did not leave the accessory that came withe the washer. The wrench to level with is a specialty item plus the plugs for the back is missing. One hour on the phone to LG and still no accessory kit has been delivered!

Installed nice. But scratched up the walls because they forced it instead of thinking it out. And when you call Best Buy or email them they never will get back to you. They made the sale and now they don’t care. Horrible experience. I will never buy from Best Buy again. Customer care is no good

The two men who delivered and installed the washing machine couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. They were careful, thoughtful, and completely professional.
