Best Buy's installation process is professional and they try out the washer to make sure its not defective.

Overall it was good service, even when they had to re-install the machine.

BE CAREFUL when having the installation people come to your house. I had one guy Andy something charge me 90 dollars to drill a hole in my cabinet to install my washer. SINCE I DIDN'T ready carefully ,installation was supposed to be FREE! This worker was hard to understand him with his poor English and got away with my money . I called Best Buy and told them of their worker and their response was that he did a service for me . Geek squad was not helpful and I just let it be but what i took from it was a valuable lesson . Aside from that I have no complaints on the washer I give it 5 stars and a recommended purchase.

Installation went without a hitch. Installers called ahead and were on time. They had everything needed and fully explained the operation of our new machines.

Install was fine. Techs were professional and courteous. However, this was for a washing machine and although they showed the unit to be level, it shook on the spin cycle so I knew something was off. They came back out and moved it over a bit and that seems to have resolved the issue. It was a bit of a hassle that they didn't check it / position it correctly the first time.

Delivery was late and multiple scratches were created on dryer while washer was installed. Incorrect cycle was run in washer that left standing water. No explanation given for what test cycle was run and installers left before cycle was through.

Having all the parts for installation is something to always check for and it's always easy as the instructions are self explanatory
