Delivery team was spectacular, once installation was completed they gave me a tutorial.

the delivery drivers were professional, courteous & obviously knew what they were doing, Set up & done in no time & no mess to clean up afterwards !

Techs were AWESOME. Took out old items and cleaned up and placed new item where I wanted and were very respectful.

The tools purchased for proper installation. I’m not sure if needed if you have your own tools.

I had the same delivery guys as the previous time they really are the best. Every time they were here they were super professional, curtious and just good dudes.

The worst experience with installation ever. We have made four different appointments just to install a pedestal for the washer. And up till today, 2 months after the washer and dryer set with the pedestals purchased, the pedestal is still not installed. For the first time, the pedestal came on the same day that the dryer was delivered, but the delivery team said that there are no screws found and they are not able to install it. After that, I called customer service and they rescheduled the installation of the pedestal for me, saying that the delivery team will bring the screws. On the day of this second installation appointment, I received a phone call from the delivery team that they cannot perform the installation because they don't have the screws!! So i called the customer service again and it took me lots of time and I had to call three different reps to get things right. The first one tried to set up another installation for me. But that doesn't make sense because the delivery team simply does not carry the screws. And then he said that I actually needed to make an exchange!! And then it took him forever to find the right information to place the order for me. While I was on the long wait with the first one, the second one called because the delivery team contacted her with the situation. This second one directly told me that she'll help me place an exchange order and set up the appointment and she'll make sure everything is right. I thought my problem was solved, so I ended the call with the first rep on the other line. And then I continued to speak with the second one, and I asked whether she needed me to stay on the phone while she placed the order. She said there is no need and I can hang up, and she will send me all the information, the order info and the delivery info within 10 minutes after the phone call. That never happened. I waited for 2 hours and I didn't see anything in my email. So I called the third time, and I spoke with Kerry. Kerry finally was able to help me place the exchange order and scheduled the installation. Now this is the third appointment we are talking about now. On the day of the appointment, the truck never showed up, and i called the customer service, and after a long wait for the customer service to connect to the delivery team, I was told that the truck is broken and cannot come to my house. They didn't even had the courtesy to call me and inform me of this. So we made a fourth appointment, and after two weeks, the delivery team came again. This time the technician said that the faucet connecting with the washer is broken and he cannot turn off the cold water. We turned off the main one and he said it is still not ok, and the water must be turned off from that spot. We now are waiting for the plumber to fix it and then schedule another appointment. I truly hope that it will be installed soon, and i don't have to call anyone about this pedestal any more.

Delivery men would not stack dryer on top of washer after installing the washer. I had to hire someone else to come into my home to do that. Husband in hospital
