When we ordered the washing machine we attempted to also order the required hoses but they were out of stock. We were advised to buy them elsewhere and the installer would use what we purchased. We did as advised and had the hoses available on install date. The installer said they couldn’t be used because they leaked and left the machine sitting outside of the laundry closet. He told us to call Best Buy. Our attempts to resolve through the chat service were unsuccessful because the order was marked completed. My husband discovered that the reason the hoses leaked was because the installer did not install the gaskets that came with the hoses. My husband installed the hoses and at the age of 73 pushed the machine into the laundry close himself. We have successfully used the machine now without any leaks. Will not recommend Best Buy to friends.
