Good product for the price. Super durable and easy to install.

Installers showed up late on install day but did a good job.

My washer and dryer were delivered on time. The guys were Awesome and super courteous as well as friendly.

They left the installation kit for the steam dryer and told us to hook it to the back of the dryer. Store said the same thing. There was no where to hook it up. After a lot of investigation we discovered it was not needed. There is simply a drawer on the front of the unit to put some water in when using the steam function! Good guys though and did a good job setting up.

Excellent advise and service it was second to none.

A Couple of young guys, polite and were careful of door frames and finished surfaces. Very helpful when a problem was encountered with the hose kit.

Shady Install tech. We paid to have our old washer hauled away. After loading it on the truck, tech offered to have our haul away fee refunded if we told Best Buy customer service that we no longer had a haul away. We refused. Guessing the tech wanted to keep it for himself, not sure. Tech finished installing washer, but didn’t turn the water supply back on. Many phone calls to BB customer service (this was on a Saturday) only got as far as “we have to wait for the tech to return to the warehouse to complete the install order before we can do anything, so call back Monday to make another appointment for a tech to return sometime next week”. So exactly what is the point of paying for installation if they can’t remember to finish installing it?

Very easy to call and setup your appointment. Just make sure to purchase the required items for installation.

I don't know how I would have got my dryer up the stairs with this guy! He literally strapped it to his back and walked up a flight of stairs like it was nothing!

The guy did a good job. He arrived on time, installed both units, cleaned up all of the packaging and hauled it off. He was professional and nice.

Our installers were extremely courteous and also helpful with questions we had. Don't do this yourself when they can do it so much quicker and with no mess.
