The washer works fine, but we had a lot of trouble getting it and getting it installed. The first one that was delivered was broken - had a big hole in the back and was cracked all the way down the side. We had to schedule a different delivery day for another one. When that one arrived, the washer was not installed even though we had paid for installation. It was just left in the garage for us to figure out. Plus the kit that was left was a DRYER installation kit, not a washer kit, so we had to go to the hardware store and buy another kit even though we had already purchased one that was not delivered. Makes me rethink purchasing another product from Best Buy in the future since we had so much trouble with this.

They were right on time. They notified us the day before and day of the appointment when their arrival time would be. Customer Service was outstanding.

Ordering an appliance from Best Buy has been the worst experience of my life! We purchased a dryer with a steam function and were having it delivered. Delivery day came and the gentleman tried to convince my wife that we ordered an oven. She finally convinced him to check his truck and low and behold our dryer was there. Hooked up dryer, told us we did not need the dryer vent kit. Told her to return it to the store. They did not hook up the steam kit. In fact, they took it with them. When the delivery was finished we noticed that the stand is several inches smaller than the one for our washer. This was the only stand available online. Went to store and the sales associate was very helpful and exchanged the incorrect stand. We had to wait a couple of weeks but no problem. Or should I say, that is where the problem begins. Delivery day finally arrives to bring correct pedestal and hook up the steam vent kit (Reminder: I had to get one from the store because the delivery driver took it with him.) They came, swapped put the pedestals, and hooked up steam kit. Even showed e that the dryer was working. Awesome, Right! They leave and I try to start a load of laundry. Put clothes in washer and wait. About 20 minutes in I hear some beeping. Apparently, when they hooked up the steam kit they messed up my washer. Customer service over the hone could not help. Drove to Best Buy and set up an install to correct problem. Best Buy associate sets up new install to correct the problem. A couple of days, no worries. The installation team arrives, messes around with hoses, and lets me know that something is broken inside my dryer but he cannot do anything. He calls Best Buy and starts a claim with Sedwick. To make a long story (extremely long) short, I have been to the Best Buy in Wesley Chapel, Florida three times, called Sedwick every day for two weeks, and have hear nothing back. I have been to the laundry mat twice and visited my mother twice to get our laundry done. Mind you, I love visiting my mom, but should not have to fluff and fold while I am there. I need help!! Any answers??

The geek squad is always helpful in the store and they didnt even complain (to my face anyway) about the two flights of stairs they had to climb!

I was able to fit the zip-off quilted top to my sleep number mattress. It provided a good gentle wash with no damage and it came out like new.

I was surprised that the installer didn't check to make sure the washer was connected properly or even if it worked. He checked the power by covering the sensor on the night light. I questioned him about calibration, he said it wasn't necessary, all that is done at the factory. Really! Who knows what could happen in shipping. Never ever checked level, didn't even have one with him. Luckily I have one and checked it after he left. I feel like he was in too much of a hurry and didn't give this job the attention it deserved.
