I have had 2 major appliances installed by Best Buy. I was unsure at first. They have a guarantee. The installers were nice and respectful to me and my home, even my dogs. They are professional, timely and ensure the product works entirely before they leave. I was impressed with their service and would recommend installation services from Best Buy. I'm very happy with products, services and extended warranties from Best Buy.

Original installation went well; however, the washer became unbalanced. Geek squad techs Tony and Jacob came out within a week and rebalanced to machine. It is working perfectly, and the techs provided information for applying for water bill rebates. They also reminded me about regular maintenance of the machine, which I had forgotten.

The installation was great. The installers were friendly, had extra parts the website didn't say we needed when ordering and didn't charge an arm and a leg for them. They explained how to work everything and cleaned everything up before leaving.

Prepared, polite, resourceful. Two men had to disconnect, remove, replace and reconnect the lower sidekick washer pedestal in a very tight spot with maybe a couple inches of wiggle room. They got to it, cleaned up some spilled water from the connection hose as well the floor behind (while it was accessible) and completed the job professionally and politely.

Used as accordingly and happy we bought it. We live over an hour away and was happy we got the use out of it.

The delivery guys were polite and efficient. Booking up a washer isn't hard but watching those two work together was like watching a fine tuned machine. I swear at one point they were passing tools back and forth without talking or even looking at each other, both moving to the next step simultaneously and had everything finished in no time.

My washing machine installation was as easy as can be. I received emails prior to the date of install and a text on the day, letting me know they were only a few minutes away. They came well within the 4 hour window and there was no problem with the installation. Also, they followed Covid protocols and took numerous pictures to document proper installation.

They did a great job installing my wash machine, they even took the old one with them.

Was a little disappointed they couldn't get the old rubber hose off the spigot, but I guess it was corroded on there, so not their fault. They didn't want to risk damaging it. So I'll try a few things to get it off, since I'd rather have the new metal hoses I bought hooked up. Otherwise everything with the install went well.

The installation was done quickly and a test run was performed to be certain all the connections were working properly. Then the installation crew went over machine operation instructions. They were great and NO BANGED UP DOORS.

I hate when you have a delivery appointment and you wait half the day for your delivery to get to you. The Best Buy deliver guys gave me a 2 hour window, but then called back later to give me an approximate time. They ended up being 5 minutes early. They moved a washer up 2 flights and did not nick my walls or hardwoods once. They were in and out in record time, and my machine has worked flawlessly since being installed.
