Wonderful experience with the delivery and installation … men were very professional and helpful

The installation team was running very late but they kept in contact with me and made sure it was installed correctly.

They knew their stuff and were careful of our new house. Very helpful on sorting out a challenge on the original order and helping navigate the process.

The crew who installed our washer and dryer were horrible. First they banged their tools around, scratching up the units. They took out the washer locking pins before brining the unit down the stairs, which made me worry they would damage it internally (but it seemed okay in the end). The installation itself was really messy with twisted cables and hoses that I had to fix later. They did not use teflon tape on any of the connections either. For the dryer, they put a really long extension vent hose and 90 degree elbow even though the hole is immediately behind the unit bout 6 inches away; plus they didn't even put a hose clamp on it, so it fell off. The installation was definitely a waste of a $100. If I could do it over, I would have just had them drop off the units in the basement and do it myself.

Before the techs came to install my machine I already had it unplugged and disconnected to help ease their job. In return I had a rush installation and the tech didn’t even level my machine. I should’ve just done it myself since that’s what I ended up doing anyways.

The installation went ok but the hose was not long enough so that was a nightmare finding someone with the correct extension and so they left me with it being my problem, a little upsetting, since everyone was out of what I needed. Finally, someone helped us out at Ace Hardware.
