Worst installation experience ever

The washer install was fine but He caused and left us with a gas leak on the dryer install which could have blown up our house had we not noticed. He left the y connector for the steam kit (which he was supposed to install but didn’t) but not the hose so we can’t even install the kit ourselves. We have taken 5 days off work, paid $400 to a plumber to fix his mistake, and spent 10+ hours on phone trying to get a resolution for the situation with customer service not helping at all. All they can do is make an appt and only ones that are available. No exceptions for mistakes their installers make or emergencies. I would never let anyone from this company install anything for me again.
