The install guys were very nice and friendly. They asked me if there was anything else I needed while they were here. They are very helpful.

They were not able to complete the installation due to the drain hose not being long enough. Even though we offered to go get the extension kit they said they couldn't add that in. Cuz it was not part of their products. I think it's wrong since we paid for them to install it & were going to pay for the extension kit they should have finished the job. Oh well.

The techs did a great job installing it. They also made sure I was happy with it's placement and walked me through how to use it.

Well, it had to be done twice... the first washer was done wrong. The booklets/warranty info were left inside the drum during the test cycle... which led to shredded paper and destroyed information, so I elected to replace the unit. Both experiences, OUTSIDE OF THIS, were very pleasant. But, this is the only way I feel I can fairly review what happened.
