They were communicating well and called us 10 minutes before arrival. The job was done clean and perfectly

0 rating 1 time foot broke on dryer. told it would take 10 business day to get new foot for dryer. Sent back 2nd time installed hoses wrong . left valve open flooded floor spent to week calling customer service. one time spent 41 min on phone. call corp only to be sent back to where I started from. NOT GOOD. Set up new install they went to the wrong house. I purchased products for my property in Jamesburg three years ago and this is where they went. Set up new appointment next day. The people who did the final install did a great job. I spoke to a George in customer service about a week ago who was great. you need more people like him.

We were required to purchase these tools with the purchase of our washer and dryer.

The delivery guys were great taking care not to damage my house or washer during the installation. They were in and out in a half hour and washer looked great

The installers notified me 30 minutes before they were coming, arrived on time, were polite, intelligent, helpful and great to deal with.

The service was good. The made it within the time window indicated.

Clean is everything unless you prefer to hand-wash your laundry. Get out of the 19th century!

He had an issue with the water temperature and it turned out the hoses were reversed.

The guys came in neat and clean, cheerful and friendly, ready to do the best job they could do. Then they did it and were gone. For what more could one ask?

There was aslight leak when they started moving things around but they gor it fixed and no leaking since

You so limit what the installers can do when they come that they can't even deal with what would have in the pass been minor installation issues. Given how short the cord was on my new washer it couldn't reach the outlets in my laundry closet. The solution needed was to slid the gas dryer over to the right so the new dryer could be on the left and reach the outlet. They couldn't do this so they left me with a new washer located on the right side of the laundry closet that I couldn't use nor could i by myself move it back out so the dryer could be slid over to the right and the washer put back in on the left. I had to get the help of two friends to do this. So yes they delivered the washer but there was no installation or opportunity to make sure the machine was operating properly.

The workers did a great job and left the place immaculate including hauling away the old washer and dryer.

Was having gas dryer installed, so made sense to go ahead and have the washer done professionally as well...

The installation crew was good. They did OK installing.
