Sorry I really don't have a review to give because I didn't use installation service because I had to get the faucet connections replaced so the person that did that hooked up the washing machine. I tried calling to get refunded for that service but couldn't get through to anyone.

Theses guys are fantastic and very helpful, they were on time.

The third party company that they use in S.E. Michigan is just plain terrible. The crew they sent couldn’t figure out how to install my Electrolux washer to the pedestal I purchased for the washer and dryer. The real rub was I had explained that there was a you tube video that explained it perfectly. So they just left with my working old washer and dryer, and left my new dryer not hooked up in my laundry room and the washer they left in the middle of my garage. It took them 5 days to get another crew out there to finish the job. This whole ordeal was unacceptable. However, Best Buy was very helpful and professional with my issues.

The installation is reasonably priced. The guy showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Poor guys had a flat tire on way and called to convey they were going to be late but busted the job out, were friendly and removed he debris.

The first time it was installed, installers were late! They were scheduled to arrive 8am-noon and they arrived at 12:30! Defective product so they had to replace it! Again, installers were scheduled to arrive 8am-noon and arrived 1:30! Very annoying! Machine works great now

Washer delivery went perfectly. No issues, guys were polite & did their job.

Techs called ahead so that we were ready. Upon arrival they setup the washer on the pedestal and leveled perfectly. Friendly and fast

They were almost one hour late BUT once they were in it was no time before they were out!

As stated previously, the installers were very punctual, efficient and did very clean work. You can trust the guys at geek squad to handle your install.

The techitians were great. Delivered the new machine, installed it and took away the old machine in about 1/2 hour. Zero follow up has been needed

I was a little disappointed with the delivery and installation service. The hoses on the back are too long and don’t look good. They didn’t ask if I wanted to switch the door orientation. Also, they didn’t come prepare with the right tools.
