Washer seems to work ok, but the display panel is difficult to read because of the small dark text on a dark brushed aluminum background, does not conform to ADA readability standards. Steam modes are an improvement over previous model.

They delivered the washer and hauled off the old one in under 30 minutes. New braided hoses were hooked up and everything is running without leaks.

It is hard to use a washing machine unless it is installed. Who wants to do that? Not me, because if it doesn't work, I will never hear the end of it.

Installer on time ,put washer in place but stated that the hose was on too tight to remove. I took him at his word and called a plumber that came in and unscrewed hose with his hand. Your installer made no effort to remove hose.
