Delivery and Installation Team Unprofessional

If we had not seen them outside, they would have dropped off our pedestals at the front door and left. When we told them they were to install, they said they might do it if it was an easy job (paperwork proved installation was scheduled). They finally “assisted” us with the installation but refused to level the appliances. We are guessing this was an out sourced delivery team but they need to be fired. If they would treat us this way then they will do it to someone else.

I pointed out large couches and an older large screen TV, each of which I brought down and also the several washing machines prior. They had no problem after. Oh yes, they left the manual in the tub and began a cycle and left. I discovered it later
