Poor install of washing machine

While installing the washing machine, broke the brand new pedestal connectors and damaged the pedestal. The worst was he was trying to hide it and blame it on others. Now I will have to get the pedestal fixed. Also, he made us sign paper that said that it was leveled, but did nothing to ensure that washer was leveled. All the time the truck was running and they were in a rush. I asked them how could I maintain the unit and the answer was that they didn't know about it. Didn't stand for the name "Geek Squad". Totally disappointing.
