    The first one installed he left styrofoam in the washer and ran the first cycle before he left. Didnt take tape off lid lock so I ended up with a washer that wouldnt drain with a bunch of floating Styrofoam and made a high pitch screeching noise. The exchange finally came. This is now the 3rd installer as they sent out an installer to see why it was screeching. It was not an installation problem so wasted time for everyone. The 3rd was super nice guy. However got the hoses backwards so my hot and cold were mixed up. After husband fixed it this one finally works.

    The technician was very helpful. He moved the dryer to the right side so that it would be easier for me to load from the washer to the dryer.

    Installers had to do an upstairs installation. With limited room they did an excellent job installing unit with no damage to unit or walls.
