Great job done timely fixed appropriately &!the init is working well

The 2 gentleman who came to install our washer were great! They were respectful of my house and they treated it as it was my home! They were great with my dogs and they were respectful of my girlfriend! They had her check everything out and showed her how to use some extra features she was unaware of. I am very happy with how it turned out! They were also right on time, actually 5 minuets early!!

The guys that came in to install my washer were respectful and quick. I didn’t feel like these were newbies, and they double checked their work at the end. I gotta say they sure made me feel comfortable about having let them into my house. Anyway the install was quick and they made sure the machine didn’t have any notable defect either before leaving. I’d say that’s the best service you can get with an install and wouldn’t mind it at all in the future.

I am pleased with the installation this time. The other technicians for my previous washer forgot to install the springs that keep the machine from making the awful grinding noises. These 2 technicians, Chardonay and her colleague were very good. The washer runs so quietly I wonder if it's working. Thanks you guys!

As summary description indicates, I'm overweight and lazy. The last thing I want to do is spend time installing new appliances, and then trying to figure out where I messed up. You other heavy boys know what I mean....install a new washer/dryer, or pay a bit and have the option to take a nap. Yep, the latter is the only option. These installers are so good, quick, and efficient. Everything they did was fast, and works perfectly. Back for my afternoon nap now, thank you Best Buy for the excellent service.

I always highly recommend to everyone ordering anything from Best Buy and having them install it! They are always on time, quick, and efficient. I’ve had several issues with other retailers cancelling my delivery the day of delivery. I’ve never had this issue with Best Buy and I’ve ordered a fridge and microwave from them.

We had an issue with our first washing machine, customer service was excellent to deal wit. They found a new washer for us and arranged install, which went seamless. We are very happy.

I’m sure I could have figured out what to do but having this service available as an option was very convenient. Even when it started to randomly rain, they came out, were very polite, and was mindful of not getting anything wet.

I am so glad that I purchased the Best Buy installation for my new washer, dryer, mini washer, and platform. My husband is a plumber and he could have handled this on his own but the Best Buy installers were so friendly and they had everything installed quickly and professionally. Even my husband was impressed with their service. They were also very concerned with making sure they didn't damage my freshly painted walls and waxed floors. Thank you for doing such a great job!!

They install my washer quickly and called me when they were 10min out definitely worth it plus if you pay for this service if they repair you washer they will reinstall the washer if it ever got serviced
