the showed up rather late. I do understand they got caught up at another location it happens. installers were very personable and apologetic. however after they left I looked through instructions and stuff and found plugs they did not put in the back of the washer. I did it myself. still a lot easier than me taking off my truck.

this installation kit is very good and is useful and i liked it and would recommend

did not work from the beginning. we thought it was the electrical line as I was having a bathroom remodel at the time. they left and later in the day saw that the thing was not plugged in and that the plug was actually broken. took pictures so I can show them but it did not get to that point. called bestbuy then got transferred to geek squad as I also purchased that warranty to have that plug fixed. They told me that it would be Samsung that I need to contact. So I just returned everything. The plug was not broken when it arrived. The machine works great it was the installation that was bad

The guys who came to install were awesome. Ran through everything with me and took great care to not damage the machine or my house.

Delivery crew gave arrival updates and were very courteous. Installation was done quickly and any mess created was cleaned up.

Washer install was great. Dryer installation, that’s another story for another time.

They could have been more prepared with towels and a bucket and then once the water was on the wood floor they should have been quicker to clean up the water.

Did a good job of delivery at 10 minutes past the 4 hour window given! Put washer in place and tighten the hoses Did not leave the clip for the drain hose? Did not attempt to level the machine!

I only had them drop off the machine and didn't have them do an install, so i don't know why this was included on my purchase. But the delivery was about 4 hours late because of the delivery before me having some trouble which was understandable. The gentlemen that dropped it off were very courteous and helpful.

Best Buy has done a fine job selecting right personal to do installation. It was easy for us.

I would give this 5 stars because the techs did very good BUT they hooked the water lines up backwards and I didn’t realize until about a month after when I had turned the water to the washer in and then proceeded to load the clothes and my water was hot for a cold wash. It was a simple fix on my end.

They didn't try to fit the hose to my tub so we had to screw holes in my wash tub.

The fellow that did the installation knew a code to put in to check ALL the cycles before he left my apartment! VERY impressive!!

The installers connect my new washer,and ensure it was leveled and test it for basic operation. He did a excellence job.
