Instead of taking the time to adjust the legs they pu shims under the legs of my washer, which looked horrible. After the crew left, I pulled it back out of its spot and in less than 10 minutes I adjusted the legs and had it level. At least they got it to my house.

The Setup was quick and easy the crew did a great job!

Best Buy originally delivered a defective washing machine. Instead of arranging an exchange, as I requested & as they said they had done (I have a copy of the chat transcript) their online personnel (sounded like an overseas outsourced operation) set up an appointment to deliver another washer! When I got a message that another washer was being delivered (no exchange & re-install) I physically had to go to a store to get someone to correct this error, verify the set up as an exchange, & even then the store personnel couldn’t confirm a re-install. Well they installed - connected the hot water to the cold & the cold to the hot water. How hard is it to get this right (a big C and H on the back of the machine!). Today I called 1-800 304-1259 (the # I was given by store personnel & advertised as follows: “Questions after delivery or installation of your major appliance? We want to make sure you’re happy with your new purchase. We’re here to help.” WRONG. First, I was told this 1-800 number was not for appliance issues. Then I was told I would be connected to “someone who could help” at 1-800-433-5778. WRONG AGAIN. After nearly 1/2 hr on the phone - I was told their system wouldn’t let the person schedule a re-install appointment. I’m done with Best Buy & definitely intend to spread the word on this horrible customer service. Everywhere you turn they are all “very sorry/definitely understand/they would feel the same” (so well-scripted!!), but just try to get anything done correctly, or in a timely fashion!!
