The crew to that came was great And on time and early in the delivery window!

These installation crew was great. They were courteous, efficient and followed CDC guidelines.

This was as bad as it gets. The first crew comes to deliver and install the washer. We asked them to reverse the do, and they declined and scheduled a new crew. A few days later, a new crew comes out and insists that the door cannot be reversed. I show them the manual, which confirms that it can be reversed. The lead guy says he's never done it and would schedule a new crew. Two days later, I checked, and no new appointment is in the system, so I had to get on the phone again and spend another 25 minutes. I insist that they confirm that this time whoever they send is qualified. The new crew comes out a few days later. The lead guy tells me that I lost a stick and that he needs it to reverse the door. What stick? No one ever gave me a stick; he continues to blame me, the customer. Finally, he suggests moving the appliance so the door doesn't have to be reversed. Ok, fine, we agree. He leaves, indicating that I should give him five stars for his great service. Next day I walked into the laundry room, and I smelled gas. Not just a little, lots of gas. I air out, turn the main gas off, and call BestBuy. The service person does not understand the severity of the situation. So I had to explain to him that we were very lucky that an electric spark didn't blow up our house. Still, they can't send anyone out immediately, but I would get a call within 24h from their emergency service. While I wait for that emergency call, I notify my plumber, who comes out within 30 minutes. He checks. It turns out the gas line was never tightened. Not even finger-tight. The recklessness of the BestBuy crew is astounding. Oh, and I never got that 24h hour call. Never ever will I buy from Best Buy again.

These guys cleaned up where the old washer was and even cleaned my dryer before installing the new washer.. they were great.

Installation service was horrible. 1st crew - A young crew came to deliver our washer and dryer. They came in to inspect the area where the units will be (3rd floor town home). He said that our new home has a pan where the washer needs to sit and the pan is too small. He also said they can’t install the washer or dryer at this time. I told him I can remove it and just to install the washer but he refused because they need to follow policy. They left my washer and dryer in the garage because they said their too busy and won’t be able to schedule anything anytime soon. I believe they didn’t want to move the washer and dryer to the 3rd floor. 2nd Crew - A young crew showed up while I was at work and my wife was showing them where the washer and dryer needs to go. We already purchased a larger pan to avoid the issue we had the 1st time; however, this new crew told my wife that we had water leakage where the washer and dryer will be installed. Keep in mind my wife and I just bought a new home. I got home and was super upset. I checked the lines and there was no leakage. I believe they tricked my wife just to leave without doing any work. I called Bestbuy and asked to to speak to a manager; they called me only once and left me a voice mail to call them back at a direct number. When I called the direct number it goes nowhere and I never spoke to a manager about this issue. I tried finding numbers to call and all I can speak to are the geek-squad and they couldn’t help me speak to someone. 3rd crew - These guys were older who where the best. They were so upset at the younger crews that have been showing up and told me that this isn’t fare for them. He mentioned to me that the young crew has been doing this to them for a while. He called his supervisor to complain, I felt really bad for them. I guess the supervisor told them that need to move my washer and dryer to the 3rd floor. These guys really helped me and my wife out. These guys are professional and hope Bestbuy notice these guys. Overall services: - Delivery crew(s) are trying to find excuses to skip work - There no direct number to coordinate with delivery crew - Never got a chance to talk to a bestbuy manager - Bestbuy never followed up with me - Best Buy doesn’t care

The staff who installed the washer were great. They took the time to review the operation and even son maintainence concerns with me.

Installation guys where in time and set everything up to my liking. Great job!!!
