The installers were. Wry considerate of our new home using cardboard boxes to protect new floors and to check for leaks and operation.

Installers were timely and efficient. Have had issues since they left though. When running certain cycles the dish washer leaks. Had them come back out and they said everything is fine. Had a plumber come out for a different issue and was reassured that the installation was done incorrectly.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the washer and dryer I purchased. I have nothing but negatives for the attempt to deliver and install them. The team that was dispatched wasn't equipped with the proper tools, requiring me to supply them. They told me it wouldn't fit where I wanted it installed, when I had specifically measured for it. Unsurprisingly, it fit just fine. After all of this, THEN they checked the hookups and told me they couldn't finish the install, because there was no standpipe. (There was. It was still covered by the plastic punchout, since it was a fresh install). Without even verifying functionality of the machines, they left. It took two calls to Best Buy to get someone to respond and come out, but by then, I had finished installation. I was told that I would be refunded the installation...which I still haven't seen.

The gentlemen went out of their way to make sure every thing was just right.
