Living on the 3rd floor, it was such a relief for BestBuy to deliver and setup my new washer and dryer!

The delivery people were very unprofessional. After unwrapping the washer and dryer in our condominium parking lot, they just left the wrapping & styrofoam all over the parking lot (instead of either taking it all with them or putting it in the dumpster, which was less than 100 feet away)!!!

The installer said that the existing plumbing was faulty and needed to be updated. It turns out, they just didnt want to go into the crawl space but made an excuse rather than saying that. After a plumber appt we were told we had to wait 5 more days until the next Best Buy appt so we hired a handy man to install.

The installers were very nice, helpful & professional. They even helped my friend whom i gave my old washer to load It in their truck.

The installers showed up on time, were friendly, polite and did exactly what they came to do.

In and out with no issues. Made sure it was level and worked before leaving. Very professional.

Tech installed my washer and ran it through demo cycle. Showed me the ins & outs of my machine and info on trouble shooting.

The two gentlemen who brought my washer/dryer to Install were professional & courtesy.

They reviewed the operation of the front loading machine and basic care to make it last and perform . Very good technical help.

So the guys that came couldn't remove my original machine as it was bolted down. They only had very few tools, so there went my chance. The second guy that came was a complain fest, so I let him leave and had someone else install this. I could have complained and called, however it was a free service soooo I didn't.

This is my first washer so I have nothing to compare it to. That being said, it's Easy to use, quick installation
