    When the 2 guys hooked up my washer they didn't take off the plastic and huge piece of foam from underneath it. Pus they never leveled it either when installed.l was not a happy camper had to have Geek Squad come out after 2 days it was making a LOUD noice. Better now after Geek Squad coming out 2 times.

    The installers weren't great. They switched the hoses for hot and cold, but I didn't realize until they left. Took an hour on the phone to get someone who could track them down and send them back to our house. Major hassles all around.
