Not sure why we had to purchase the tools when BB installed the machines but I guess that is part of the selling process

The Best Buy guys hooked everything up in minutes, put it on a cleaning cycle, and told me how to use it. Very happy with them.

The guys that did the installation were awesome. Very apologetic for thing beyond their contel. They know their stuff.

They connected the washer correctly and we started to use it from day 1.

It’s been over a year since we bought our washer. We thought the installation was fine. Our washing machine was erratic when it came to draining. Sometimes it drained, sometimes it didn’t and we would have to run a cycle a couple of times. We tried to see if there was a pattern but couldn’t figure it out. Finally we called to have it serviced under the total tech plan. The one year manufacturer warranty had expired so I had to pay a service fee $80, to have the total tech guys come out. As soon as the total tech guys arrived, they went right to the drain hose and said the installation was not good and that the drain hose was too deep in the wall and the water was backing up / siphoning back into the washing machine. Problem solved. Unfortunately we waited too long trying to figure out if we were doing something wrong in the washing process. I suggested that they document their opinion and that I should get my service fee reimbursed. That didn’t happen. Just be aware during the installation process that your drain hose is not pushed too far down and creating this problem.

I had to install the washer my self .. they figured since it didn’t fit into the door.. I was given an option of Hauling it back to the warehouse or leave it here and deal with it myself.. therefore I was able to get the washer into the washing room itself. Also hooking the hoses up myself.

First of all the installer was very polite and concerned for our satisfaction and I thought he did a very good job.

Narrow space to the basement. Lots of opportunities to bump or scratch the machine... did NOT happen. Thank you mighty guys!
