Found good selection of washers at Best Buy. Delivery was within a few days. Hauled off old one. Happy with my selection.

My installation guy-Garis did a great job. I had them haul away the old washer as well. This made it very easy on me.

The installer Steven was awesome! Called to inform me of a needed time change, but came and got the job done quickly.

First delivery was ok, but they didn't stay to make sure the machine worked and threw the old hose outside at the end of the driveway second delivery was much better. They were knowledgeable and stayed to make sure everything was working. And came back when the machine wasn't working. Kudos to them.

Delivery and install was clear and organized. They did not have the right adapter for the gas line but found a solution.

Installers got the unit down the steps and installed and leveled. They stayed until a cycle run and it was checked out fine.

First machine delivered leaked, Second machine worked fine. The nightmare was getting that second machine. I live two hours away from the delivery address to our rental apartment. FOUR times they said they were going to deliver at a certain day/time and STOOD my up FOUR TIMES! That cost me a lot in fuel for driving over four hours each of those days, plus time off of work. And I spent over 20 hours in total on customer service trying to make sure the next delivery would not be a no show again. I can't remember how many times i was told they would call me back or said they were transferring me and everytime they would just disappear and I would have to start the entire process over!! Managers eventually started saying that they would give me large credit for all the problems I had but could not do so until the machine had been finally delivered. On the 5th delivery date they actually showed up. I then called for my credit as they suggested. On the first call, after almost two hours of answering questions (over an hour just getting to the right people who could help) the rep says 'sorry, but this is outside permitted hours (it was 6pm I think) so you will have to call back tomorrow - wasted two hours!!! Then, I called back and eventually spoke with a rep who drilled me on how much fuel I paid for, hours driven, work lost etc etc. two hours..!!! At the end of all this nightmare, for a machine that cost me almost $1,000 and where I wasted almost as much in fuel and lost work etc. they offered me $84!!!! I was shocked and hung up. Worst experience, by far!

They did a great job of hooking everything up and making sure that it was clean when they left. Would definitely recommend!
