The delivery guys did a great job with the washing machine. Staying in communication with me letting me know exactly when they would be there. All the way the old one installed a new 1 with no issues. Very polite, professional.

My washer wasn’t getting cold water, I called LG and had a repair person come out only to find the hoses were installed incorrectly by the technicians who delivered my washer. This could’ve resulted in a costly bill for me due to this error. Lucky for me the repair technician had a heart and I didn’t get slammed with a bill. With that being said, the washer works great and I’m happy with my purchase.

I was given a 4 hour window for the delivery. Not even 2 hours into the window, I got a call from the driver saying they were 5 minutes away. 4 minutes later I was showing them where to set up the washer. And that's all I needed to do. They were in & out very quickly. No disturbances, no mess left behind. They were outstanding. I forgot they were there, Before I could check on their progress, they were done. Jeremy & Luis will be requested for my next delivery & install. They are that good.

The guys that dropped off our new washer did it with care and we’re professional. They new exactly what they were doing and everything was done fast yet correctly. They tested everything before they left and made sure I had mo questions!!

I have never had an issue with the Best Buy delivery/set up guys. They showed up within the window time. Had washer and dryer set up in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained how to use the washer and dryer and left. Great guys, very friendly and they know what they are doing. Sure I could have installed the washer and dryer myself but with my bad back it's worth the extra for installation. They gave me excellent service so I three a few bucks their way.

The delivery guys that delivered our new washer and took out the old one did a most excellent job. Even though the mask mandates for covid are over, they still wore masks when inside our house, did a great job removing the old one and installing the new one and did a quick cycle to make sure it is working correctly. They were nice and very friendly people.

Installers were fast, thorough & professional. They checked to make sure everything was working properly.

Bought main unit + pedestal washer. Because the pedestal unit was open box (excellent condition, meaning no parts missing) and from a different store, the folks at that store did not make sure all loose parts were given when unit was picked up. This made for the first part of a complicated install. Next, parts were not included (leveling tool, hose attachment) that were listed in the install instructions and inferred they came in the box with the unit(s). Install crew came out 3 times, and by the third time, I had done all the ancillary work (hose attachment, safety screws to link the two units together, etc.), minus making sure the unit was level (as I didn't have the tool). The last tech came out, and verified my work, and informed me the leveling tool DOESN'T come with either washer, that the techs carry one of their own. LG sent a tool to me anyway as part of the reported parts missing. The tech was helpful in advising how to use the unit regarding type of detergent, etc. Aside from this, the only other thing the install crew did was deliver and place the main unit on top of the pedestal unit. All of this took over 10 days to complete simply because some parts weren't included that had to go be picked up from across town, and others had to be ordered.

The installers did an excellent job installing the new washer and removing the old. They were courteous and efficient. I couldn't be happy with the delivery ans installation of my new washer.

The installers were complete professionals. They were able to come hours earlier than my appointment, so they offered me that option but didn't force me to accept it. I opted for the earlier delivery/installation. They arrived on time and had my washer/dryer installed quickly. They cleaned up afterwards and only left the manuals behind. :)

Quick installation but the washer was not level. It is actually slanted forward and had to be leveled by the service guy from Whirlpool.

The team communicated several times in advance of delivery, They were prompt...arriving just when they said they would and I did receive the 30 minute advance call which was great. They also delivered on a Saturday which was very much appreciated. Couldn't have been easier, they handled the haul away and new install flawlessly. Very efficient. Couldn't have gone better. Thanks to the team.
