Wahsing machine installation. Easy use of scheduling online and setting up time

All I did was book the appointment one line and fast and friendly people showed up to set up my new washer and dryer.

First crew seemed to know the particular machine well. But, the machine was faulty and they didn't notice it was leaking before they left. Second crew (who brought the replacement machine) didn't know the model well enough to run the fastest cycle. But, the machine wasn't faulty so no big deal there.

Quick, clean, & polite. Wore masks and worked efficiently. Happy about delivery

Good service! They did not dent the washer and the 2ashung machine hose does not leak!

Installers were very nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint with having Best Buy do the install and this is for all installed is the Window that is used for the delivery. They provide a 4 hour window and then call 3 to 5 mins before arriving. Wish there was more lead time.

I wasn't home to witness it, but it sounds like all went well and when I got home everything was operational!

Washer was delivered when they said it would be and the people who delivered it was very nice and helpful.

On August 30, 2020 we bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy the salesman schedule the delivery and installation of the items for September 3, 2020 we get an email confirmation and text message confirmation. The day there were supposed to come from 7 to 1 they didn't show up. We called the call customer service and they told us we didn't confirm by phone... we didn't get the call first of all and then they told us they call you once... ONE TIME and if you don't answer they reschedule without notice and after they confirmed the appointment by text and email. We lost about 4 hours of our time trying to call them or talking to them and no solutions from their team just a reschedule for September 9, 2020. Wednesday September 9, get a text and email confirmation no call, just a door knock. The agent from Best Buy with the dryer. He didn't get the washer cause the system didn't work and didn't find it. Tells us to reschedule for the washer installation. Get a reschedule for 4:20 gets cancelled without notice again. We have to go to out profile to see they cancelled the appointment. Call Customer service anothet 3 to 4 hours lost to see what happend, where is our washer and when can the schedule the installation. Appointment for September 11 get text and email confirmation. A call from the agent 10 minutes before arriving that he's almost here and 5 min later another call the washer is not in the truck..... get reschedule for the afternoon, they canceled again no notice. Call Customer service again.. 2 hours lost reschedule for the 14. Appointment for Sept 14 get text and email confirmation... a cancellation without noticed in our profile. No reason Call Customer service they can't find our washer in their facilities it's out of stock... we bought the unit in an outlet store so you get what you saw. There's no way it's out of stock unless they lost it or sold it to someone else. Finally get a case number from someone in Customer service and a promise that he's going to follow up. Reschedule for September 16. Appointment Sept 16, text and email confirmation. Cancellation without notice we had to check our profile online to see it was cancelled. Call to Customer service another 3 hours lost. Reschedule for Sept 17. The agent comes to our house without the washer just to installed it. Calling again right now its been 4 hours
