When I bought this new washer, it was to replace the broken one and go under the existing stackable dryer. I was told the staking kit I already had was fine. When the delivery and install crew arrived they said my current staking kit would not work and said I would need to buy one and reschedule. They left the washer in our garage. That took about an extra week. When a different crew came back they said the old one was fine. So good news is I got to return the new staking kit and get my $40 back. The bad is we had to wait over a week after delivery to get it installed. First crew bad. Second crew awesome...I tipped them $40!

I was not present during the installation so I left very detailed instruction with the store on how I wanted it installed. The water valves and drain are located on the right of my laundry room and the dryer plug and vent is located on the left. The instructions were to put the washer on the right and the dryer on the left. In order to do this the dryer hinges will have to be relocated to the left because they come hinged on the right. So the installers took the easy route and just put the washer on the left and the dryer on the right. I had to disconnect every thing and swap them around and re-hinge the dryer door. NO FUN!

Great washer the only downside is you can’t wash large blankets kinda a bummer
