Didn’t complete the installation - in a hurry
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installers didn’t level the washer/dryer, didn’t install the mounting bolt caps, and didn’t leave me certain tools that came with the machines. BB sent a second team to level machine, but they didn’t know how to do it and didn’t have the proper tools to do it. I provided direction and a 2’ level to complete the job. They also used a pliers to turn the feet instead of a wrench. I was taught never to use a pliers to turn a bolt. Never got my mounting bolt covers or tools. You buy over priced washer hoses, dryer vent connections and dryer electric cord to get free installation. Not worth the value - should have done it myself.
