    the persons who installed this machine did not put new water line hoses on the appliance. I had two service calls for a water supply problem with the machine with the last one stating that the cold water valve was plugged and needed to be replaced. When I looked at the issue, I found the cold water line from the valve to the machine was plugged. I replaced the line at my own expense and time and the machine now works good.
