Spring loaded gas valve.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My lone critique about the experience is that I wish someone at the store, or the person who called to confirm delivery would have told me a spring loaded gas valve would have to be replaced. Fortunately I was able to pickup a gas ball valve and install it without too much trouble.

Not a great experience!

We had to buy all new-installation-hardware to get it installed. Best Buy sold us items not needed / we had to take them back for a refund (inconvenient). Vent pipe was initially too short, so installers used the existing one we had (remember we had to buy new to get the install). Did Not level the dryer on the pedestal / cannot be done by homeowner due to location. Had to have a second crew come out and fix first crews mistakes. Each time, had to be home during a 4-hour window, also inconvenient!
