Installation

They also told me I was supposed to unhook my machine and put it outside for them. “That was not their job.” One of them sat on my dryer and unbalanced the machine. While removing my old machine, they slammed it on my deck several times, like they were super angry. I went to the store and told them my machine was hooked up incorrectly and also the other things that happened. I had to wait another week for someone to fix it. Not only did they not show up, they marked they did the work. Finally a new crew came the next morning. They hooked my machine up correctly.

Installation of my dryer and washer

Arrived crushed

I appreciated his up front attitude, so the stars are for him. I purchased a floor model that appeared to be in great shape in the store, except for a small panel in the front missing. When it arrived at my house, the sides were crushed in completely, so you could see the insides of the machine. The top was no longer attached to the machine. Needless to say I did not have them bring it into the house. Unfortunately, I did not think to take pictures to show the extent of the damage.
