Used this service for the installation of the washer.

Washer and dryer are fine, but the instalation process was a nightmare! Not all of correct accessories were suggested on the initial purchase. So the installers showed up without all the necessary parts and was only able to install the washer. The first installation attempt was a no-go. I had to go back to the store to then order the necessary accessories and stack kit. Come to find out, the customer service department gave me the incorrect products. This was then brought to my attention when the installers came back to my house a few days later. So second attempt at installation was a no-go. I had to go back to the store again to return the incorrect stack kit to then order the correct one. Which would mean another trip to Best Buy to pick up the supposedly correct stack kit. A week later the installers come back for the third time and reinstall the washer/dryer package. While doing my first load in the washing machine, the machine pours water/detergent out all over the floor during the drain and spin cycle. So needless to say, the third attempt at installation is a failure. Several more days pass before installers come back for a fourth time to replace the washing machine, and reinstall the package once more. I filed an insurance claim to cover damages and still have not heard anything back from them. All in all, this was the most unprofessional job I could possibly imagine. It was so ridiculously horrendous that it's actually almost comical. When complaining to customer service, they couldn't offer anything at all to even try and fix my impression of your company. It took almost a month to get these darn things installed. I had to make multiple trips to the store and my property was damaged in the process. They seemed to shrug their shoulders and say "Sorry about that." I would have liked to give zero stars if that was an option.

Worth getting delivered and installed. Some packaging tape residue is still on the washer and I wish the install team did a better job with in packaging.
