Would not install new WP washer on old WP pedestal

The installers would not install my new Whirlpool washer on my existing Whirlpool pedestal from my old Whirlpool Duet washer. This was told to me by the installers, any customer service person I spoke to on the phone, the manager of Pacific Kitchen and Home area of Best Buy AND the corporate representative that I have spoken to. On page 3 of the Appliance In-Home Services contract I received at the time of purchase reads "Service Includes: Delivery (and there are multiple bullet points with the fifth bullet point being): Placement of a front load washer on a new or compatible existing laundry pedestal of the same brand. SO FRUSTRATING that they refused to do this as is on the contract.

Horrible Delivery Service and Experience.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Deserves worse that a 1 star "Poor" rating. The washer drain hose wasn't installed properly. The delivery service did not go over the install of the machine with me before they set the washer to run and then took off. Since they didn't install the drain hose correctly it leaked for 20 minutes and we are dealing with water damage to our building. Best Buy still has not remedied this issue.
