Horrible Delivery Service and Experience.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Deserves worse that a 1 star "Poor" rating. The washer drain hose wasn't installed properly. The delivery service did not go over the install of the machine with me before they set the washer to run and then took off. Since they didn't install the drain hose correctly it leaked for 20 minutes and we are dealing with water damage to our building. Best Buy still has not remedied this issue.

Poor installation

I had another person from Best Buy come out to fix it and he said he couldn’t. He told me I needed a plumber. I called a plumber and $240 later he told me I didn’t need him. He said the installer hooked the outtake hose up backwards so it had to leak. If he did it right in the first place, I wouldn’t have had the expense I finally had. I like the washer and dryer, but not the installation.

Reminder: DO NOT WASH MANUAL

Volunteered to do a quick after manufacture rinse to remove any oils/dirt left behind. Downside, they forgot to remove the manual and washed that also. So had to contact seller to get new one.

First guys great, second not so much

The first crew of the damaged items were great... they left the washer so that we could do laundry, and cleaned up well after themselves. The second crew was friendly and did a good job with the install, but left garbage everywhere.
