The delivery person did not remove the shipping bolts or level the washer. I read the setup instructions and removed the shipping bolts and used a spirit level to properly level the machine. I called and informed Best Buy of this to insure this did not happen to another customer. I like the washer but not the installation.

I would give this service a 0 if I could. They have refused to install my new washer and dryer in my laundry room on multiple occasions. Not because it's in an odd place, not because they are not physically able to do so, but I'm told it's due to "liability concerns". What are those concerns? I have pedestals from the manufacturer of the washer and dryer already in place. The manufacturer literally responded to a Question about what pedestals to buy with the part number I have currently in place. But it's not all on the same receipt. They also never brought the stainless steel cables I ordered and then took the power cable for the dryer with them leaving me to have to buy it again and pay someone else to come and install them. All of this is after getting my install date pushed 27 days and having another 2 install dates from customer service. 1 of which was cancelled and I wasn't notified of. So in the Overview section, where it describes what to expect from the service: "Placement & leveling of the new washer on a new or compatible existing laundry pedestal of the same brand." And that is just a lie, the installers I've had refused, multiple times.

The reps are professional and knowledgable. Worth to have them install the product.

Installation offered and parts to install : Great value

Installer hooked up the washing machine fine, but failed to notice the dryer had a steam function, so I had to go back and get a two-way splitter and another water line from Best Buy to reinstall everything myself. Best Buy gave us the parts for free and refunded our installation costs, but when I pay for professional installation, I don't expect to end up doing everything myself. Not to mention delivery got delayed about 3 times. Just make sure if you don't have the tools or the knack for self-install, watch the installer and make sure he does it right the first time.

As always they are in and out quickly. Never have a problem with delivery.
