i was so happy that the washer was install by a person who know what he was doing

The install guys were very quick and knew their stuff.

Simon and his crew were the best! Extremely polite and careful. It was cool to watch them use those straps to get the washers in and out of the basement. Extremely professional group of men. Thank you!!

Even though my hot water side was malfunctioning on my faucet they literally had the instal done from start to finish in 15 minutes

The guys that showed up were awesome, they arrived on time, unloaded quickly and had everything set up before I could figure out what was what. The only issue was with the house, tue previous owner damaged the dryer outlet, and they couldn't finish the installation as a result. But they left the machine ready to go. All I had to do was fix the outlet and plug it in. Great service!

The two fine gents that delivered my unit were OUTSTANDING!!! I wish I could recall their names. They actually realized that the corporate buffoons screwed up my delivery date (not showing up at all after waiting for 12 hrs and losing a days pay). They loaded my units and delivered it in a small van, to assure I got my delivery after the numerous mistakes made by the corporate blunders!!!! They were super courteous and cleaned up every speck of materials before leaving. They even tested the unit before they left!!!!! You guys were the best!!!

The washer install was very quick and efficient. We didn’t have to do anything because it was done for us. I would recommend using delivery and install when purchasing a new appliance.

Installers were fast and efficient. No wasting of time or resources. They did miss one item in the set up that caused us to have to call for support but it wasn't a big deal. All worked out well.

Install went fine. There's really not much to it, but it was nice to not have to do it myself.

Original installation went well; however, the washer became unbalanced. Geek squad techs Tony and Jacob came out within a week and rebalanced to machine. It is working perfectly, and the techs provided information for applying for water bill rebates. They also reminded me about regular maintenance of the machine, which I had forgotten.

I normally have the highest compliments for Geek Squad teams. However, the day they come to install our new washer and dryer the 2 gentlemen were in a big rush to get our job done. We tried to get them to level the washer which was much higher than the dryer next to it. As a result, we spent the next hour and a half doing this job correctly ourselves

I purchased my new washer and I feel much more comfortable having the professionals install than myself. Plus, if there are any problems... I am not responsible!

Overall, in the store, the customer service is great and very helpful
