Dropped off and not installed

I did not receive a user's guide, warranty, the washer was not leveled, and the new water hose was not installed but was put on the table. The reason they gave was that the electric extension cord could not be used to operate the washer. Still, the extension cord has nothing to do with leveling of the machine and providing proper documentation with it. Or replacing the hose as I already paid for it.

Installation lame

However the installation service was lame. I had 2 separate installation crews on 2 dates. Neither of them leveled the washer or dryer properly. Yes, our floor is not even, but they just don’t care. Took me 2 hours to redo the placement and leveling for the washer. Dryer only took a few minutes to level and place properly. But then I had to clean the wall afterwards to get the dirt off from the guy leaning against it.
