Great service fast delivery quick and reliable! Good crew did quick work!

The scheduling of the install was smooth and easy. They gave me a window, and I got a text narrowing the time. They were on time and friendly and made quick work of the job. Unfortunately, when I put the first load of laundry in, I heard a thunking noise! The installation crew had not balanced the washing machine so it was bouncing around! I called and they sent someone back out to balance it, and I am very satisfied. Balancing a washing machine should not be overlooked!

Did not put little bootys on their shoes when coming inside our house like the last installers did. Also only set the washer in laundry room did not hook up. My husband is very handy so did if himself but was told they would hook up washing machine.

While it got done initially the delivery team acted like this wasn’t even ordered. Be sure to have receipt or screen shot of order available to ensure you get the service.

The installers were very impersonal and rude when doing the delivery of my washing machine. The only upside is they were quick. However no demo of my machine was given and paperwork was just tossed at me to sign.

Actual appointment went well. But wrong hoses were installed. Not the 6ft steel I ordered and paid for, but 4ft rubber hoses. And it has been completely frustrating to get this corrected. It wasn't my mistake but I am burdened with the continual effort to try and get a replacement. Last attempt installer showed up without correct hoses and instructed me take off wrong hoses return to sore for an exchange then call for a third appt and then they would install correct ones...really. so frustrated with the entire process. I just want a refund for the hoses I paid for and have yet to receive.

This product was required and i didnt have to figure out what was needed.

The individuals who delivered and hooked up the washer and dryer were very polite and professional.

Second install of a new washer. Neither time did they put a level on the machine. Said if it doesn't rock, it will be fine. Could not attach my dryer vent for some reason so I had to attach myself. Went to level the washer and noticed the rear foot was bent from what I assume was during install. Really need to look at the qualifications of the installers. First thing the book tells you is to use a level and level the machine.

The hoses they used were quality hoses, but way to long. The hoses could have been at least 1/2 the length and I now have a tangle of long hoses stuffed behind the washing machine. I will purchase and replace myself with an appropriate length hose.
