Frustrating Experience

Water got onto our floor; however, we fortunately noticed this immediately which minimized the mess and cleanup. We then made the final drain connection ourselves even though it was a service we had paid for. In speaking with Best Buy's compensation department we were promised a monetary adjustment. That was five weeks ago and we still have not received it.
