More training needed for installation teams

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installation team did not install the water lines correctly and the washing machine and base washing machine produced loud scream sound every time we used them until the repair guy came and loosened the the lines. The installers also were not going to install the dryer and base because we did not have the tabs to connect the dryer to the base. We convinced them to put the dryer on the base and we would accept any liability if there was a problem. We found out later the dryer doesn’t come with connector tabs, only the washing machine. Installation team should have known this.

After they left, I checked and it was far from level. I had to get out my tools and level it myself.
