    The next day I noticed water running down the wall, from the cold water connection. Was lucky it didn't cause damage to the wall or floor. Make sure to check tightness of all water connections.

    In a rush, knew nothing about the product because it was a delivery service, not Best Buy. Barely understandable English from one person, the other person spoke no English at all. It was difficult to ask questions and indicate what I needed.

    We had a water flood after washing a few loads of laundry. The machine was not installed probably even though we paid for that service. The hose was not probably secure and so it caused it to come about and flood our whole down stairs
