After the washer was installed I received an overview about the features. Great service.

The installers refused to install the drip pan, the store told me they would, then refused to install the washer without a drip pan which is not required by local codes. This was resolved by calling best buy and the installers came back to finish.

No issues with hooking it up.... The lines are flex steel and much better than rubber hoses...

-0 this washer has gave me nothing but problems is verly a bit over a year I purchased contact them came n scan it because it wouldn’t wash n spin and made a weird rough noise called them again for the same thing again he just changed something not sure but problem never got better fast forward to this day washer starter making a rough noise when is sensing n tumbles then it stay is fill stops tumbles the noise again n it’s been there won’t do anything else GE just keeps giving me the run around

I bought washing and drying machine sets on June 17 with the expected delivery date of July 8. On June 20 somebody called me and informed machine was not available and they don't know when they can deliver and they said they will call when they have more information. I went to Best Buy office and they informed everything is fine and delivery will be done in the scheduled date. On July 6 I reached Best Buy if everything is on scheduled day but they said they rescheduled to July 19 because the driver is sick without informing us. Today (July 19) they called and said driver is injured and they need to reschedule August 15 which is 2 months after I bought these machines. I went to office again, washing machine and drying machines are there but there is nobody who can install within one month, they have one team who can do this and if something happens, they have no backup plans. Now I am searching outsource to deliver and install these machines by my own expenses not to wait one more month which will cost me much more than their installation services. I gave one star because there is no option for 0.

The installers placed the washer in a location where the top loading door does not open all the way. The bad part about it is that they did not disclose this prior to leaving the premise. Not very happy with that at all.

Delivery time was prompt and the delivery guy explained everything I needed to know before leaving.

The guys didn't pay attention to my request on position so they had to move the units around after initial installation...KEEP an eye on them if you want your appliance set in specific locations.

The installation guys are nice and professional. They called and showed on time. Well done!
