XPO is the worst. After reading the description off what is included with washer install, I had my matching pedestals ready to go. I ordered them from a different store since Best Buy was sold out of them. The install says that they will install existing pedestals that are compatible or matching brand. These were both. They refused to install them. I showed them the paperwork that says its included and they still refused. When they left I noticed that my steam dryer was not connected to the water line. The dryer comes with a Y connector and a water hose per the description on best buys website and on the owners manual of the dryer itself. I called the install team and they said that was also not included. That the parts did not come with the dryer. I asked them to look in the truck and see if they were there and they refused saying that I needed to purchase them. They never showed me that either appliance worked, they never asked me to sign anything, they started talking over me when I asked them anything. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I called Best Buy and after 2 days and about 10 total hours on the phone after being disconnected and transferred to every department available, I got confirmation that I was correct on both counts, and that they would send someone out to correct both issues. Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! Really like my washer and dryer, but this experience kind of ruined things for me. They also refused to switch the door swing on my appliances. I havent even begun to tackle that one yet because I'm so sick of being on the phone with Best Buy and their Geek Squad. I connected to the appliance department, they transferred me to sales, sales transferred me to general something, then they said I needed the appliance department. seriously.

Additional comments to my review. When the crew finally showed up a second time to install the washer, they connected the inlet hoses so tight that we can't move them. It clearly states in the instructions that you should not overtighten the inlet hoses to the water faucets. In addition, they didn't secure the drain hose, so I also had to take care of that myself. I would not consider purchasing appliances from Best Buy which need an install included.

This review is actually for my dryer but the order isn't complete for the dryer, and never will be, so I cant write a review on it. The installer walks in and says, "I can't install your dryer because you aren't hard wired for it and we can't be responsible for a fire." I have no problem at all with that and don't blame him for that at all. Once he said that, all customer service went out the window and he was only worried about getting out the door. My husband was asking the installer questions about the hook up and the installer refused to answer the questions and just said, "Sign here." Wow. And not only that, he left the wrong hardware for the dryer and it didn't fit. So once my husband did the repairs the installer recommended, 20 mins after he left, my husband tried to hook up the dryer himself, only to find out the installer left the wrong part. My husband had to run up to Best Buy to try and exchange the part but guess what????? Best Buy wouldn't do the exchange because it takes 24 hrs to show in the system that the dryer was delivered in order to exchange any merchandise from that order. My husband had to buy a whole new kit and I had to return the following day to get the return. Were we offered and apology at the least...................nope. Ugghhh. Customer service is so important. When I explained to the young lady at customer service what happened to us, she just handed me my recite and immediately turned to her cell phone. No comment, no apology, no manager page, no nada. It was like I was literally talking to myself. I didn't even have the energy to ask for the manager who was probably the one she was sending emojis to anyway. Horrible experience.
