I purchased the washer at Best Buy in Daytona. I chose one that was in stock since mine broke and needed a new one quickly. Best Buy scheduled the appointment for Friday afternoon. All was well. I took the time off so I would be there when they arrived. I got a text message at 2:30 they were on their way and would be there by 4 PM. I waited and waited, but no one showed up. At five, I checked the Best Buy page and found our the delivery had been canceled! I was very upset. I called customer service and explained what happened. They said the delivery was given to the wrong delivery crew. I was our of their area. Next available appointment would be on Tuesday! Almost a week later. I was furious. I needed the washer now, not next Tuesday. I informed the customer service agent I expected $100 off the price since now I had to take more time off. As usual, he could not do anything. I expect Best Buy to make this right with me for this massive inconvenience. Once the washer arrived on Tuesday, the guys were very good. They were quick, courteous and efficient. They were the only good part of this delivery experience.

The worse experience with the customer service for installation. I got scheduled for a particular day and so therefore i took the day off. The day of the installation...I received a call stating the drivers were there and no one answered the door. WRONG! i was sitting in the living room the entire time. I called back...and was told they had left and the dispatcher would not call them back. I called the dispatcher a few times and customer service and no one could get a hold of the driver. So i had to wait two weeks. Finally! i get my washer and dryer. What happens next? the vent to the dryer is too long. So they refuse to install. It was suggested by the driver that i purchase a "dryer lent/vent kit". In his words... I hope you get someone who isn't lazy enough to install it. Well!! …. i have to wait another two week and half for installation. Here they come and realize...they still need to install the dryer and with this added feature. The two delivery drivers look and each other and said "no, we will not do that". I was furious...so they called dispatch... and she said "no because she doesn't feel comfortable and didn't know what the kit was for". One of the drivers didn't even step into the laundry area...went straight back to his truck as to dismiss my request all together. And the dispatcher on the phone via face time...courtesy of the second driver...became rude and argumentative. While she is going off about why she "refuses for HER drivers to do the job". The second driver walks away and goes back in his truck and leaves. I was literally left there with a dryer uninstalled that i paid for. i had to call and get a private company to install this simple task. Which cost time and money. I called customer service many times...the 1800 number and the main store. NO ANSWER! I will NEVER buy from best again.

The installation went well and quick! The installer was very friendly and courteous.

The install was incomplete. They forgot to remove packing bolts which causes the machine to make banging noises. I never received the hole covers for my machine. Installers were shoe covers outside and inside.

The installer even spent the time I needed to feel satisfied. He leveled it to perfection.
