Professional in and out service from the techs that came over. No problems no scratches.

Installers had trouble installing product rescheduled several times. But I was told they were changing installers. Since I have a older home I think it may be better next time I use them

We purchased ALL our appliances from Best Buy. Spent around $15K. The washing machine and dryer work great. Very pleased with them...however.....installation was a different story. We are remodeling, the home is almost finished but not quite. My husband told them not to turn anything on because there was no place to drain the water out. Sure enough....next thing we knew (after they left) was that installation crew turned it on. It flooded all of our new floor and floor trim. It leaked and flooded our basement areal. I called Best Buy immediately as my husband has a very bad back which very much limits him on any physical activity, asked that they return to lift up the washer and dryer so that I could mop up the floor. THey said a crew would be there in 30 minutes. 6 hours later with standing water I had to pay someone ($60) to come and lift everything up and out so I could mop up . What did they give me? $200 in giftcards - really $140 in compensation since I paid $60 out of pocket. We had other appliances delivered and it was the same situation. Microwave and trim kit put together without ever plugging in the microwave. 2nd appointment was a window of 10:00 - 1:00...they showed up at 5:43 and then were complaining the whole time. Frankly DO NOT GET the "total package" (installation, etc). It's NOT worth it when the installer so such sloppy work

They did not install our washer but just set it in place.

Looks so great, the delivery guy was extremely nasty and rude . Making unnecessary remarks and upset because someone was holding the elevator when I had nothing to do with it. The washing machine looks great

Install guys were awesome! They were courteous and on time.

The guys were polite and efficient, but they hooked the water up wrong so it wouldnt wash on cold, and i had to wait another week to have another installer come out to correct the issue. Plus they forgot to take the user manual out when they made sure it was working, so that went through a full cycle, and i cant get a new printed copy from the store or manufacturer. Finally, they couldnt get the dryer back close enough to the wall for my door to shut. Luckily the second guy they sent out was able to push it back abd get my door working.

Team was fast, careful, friendly, and professional.
