    Cons: - left styrofoam in the driveway - did not balance the washer - Asked to fix it, got so annoyed by their lack of skill and told him to leave and did it myself. - with them not properly balancing the washer: they would have cause damage to it, cause leaking issues, vibration issues, draining issues and more. Geek squad is the face of Bestbuy and they failed in their efforts and professionalism. I do not recommend.
